Warm up: 4 rounds
10 walking lunges
10 air squats


Conditioning: 

400 meter run
200 meter farmers walk
100 meter walking lunges
50 ground to overhead with plate (25/35/45)
25 burpees

Some people think crossfit is dangerous ?!!
