Wednesday 3/26/14...."The Three Amigo's"


Warm up: 5 rounds
10 squats
10 lunges

Conditioning WOD: "The Three Amigo's"

#1- AMRAP-5 (as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes)
      10 Front squats
      10 Hollow rock

#2- AMRAP-5 (as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes)
      10 Deadlift
      10 Toes to bar

#3- AMRAP- 5 (as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes)
      10 Push press
      10 Russian twists

*Sprint 1 minute then rest 1 minute after each amrap

  1. This one didn't seem to work....too far away from treadmills had us resting too long.
