Sunday 3/9/14.... Partner WOD or the Running Dead




Strength: 3 attempts
Max reps - Pull ups

Partner WOD: 3 Rounds for reps

Partner A- Runs 400 meters
Partner B - 7 front squats + 9 push press + max reps of jumping pull ups(score) until partner returns, then switch....Partner B will run while Partner A does the reps.
That's 1 round
* score is total # of jumping pull ups
