30 bench press @ body weight
100′ farmer’s carry @ body weight per hand
30 back squats @ 1.5x body weight
100′ farmer’s carry @ body weight per hand
30 deadlifts @ 2x body weight
100′ farmer’s carry @ body weight per hand
