Warm up: 50 knees to elbow

Conditioning: for time

     3 rounds:
10 deadlift
15 KB swings
200 meter stone carry (drop every 50 meters)

REST 1 minute

     3 rounds:
10 deadlifts
15 slam balls
200 meter run/row
