For time:

Run 10 miles 

150 Burpee pull-ups

Partition the run and burpee pull-ups as needed.

U.S. Army Second Lieutenant Clovis T. Ray, 34, of San Antonio, Texas,

 assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade

 Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, based in Schofield Barracks,

 Hawaii, was killed on March 15, 2012, in Kunar province, Afghanistan

 when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.

 He is survived by his wife Shannon, son Dean, parents Bob Ben Sr. and

 Cecilia, brothers Eddie and Bob Ben Jr., and sister Jennifer.

  1. Lots of energy at CF Magnitude this morning. That was one long tough work out! I got 5 rounds of 1 mile runs and 15 burpee pullups- 1 hour 23 minutes.
    Judy did 6 rounds in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    Darby 7 rounds in 1 hour 43 minutes

    Jon and Caitlyn were the only ones to finish RX! (not sure of their time)

  2. That was fun today, glad we all attempted this, definitely the longest CF WOD I've ever done! It took us just over 2 hours. Great Job Mo, Judy and DP, when was the last time you ran that far? Back to the lab to find another crazy w/o for next Sunday ;-)
