Lots of energy at CF Magnitude this morning. That was one long tough work out! I got 5 rounds of 1 mile runs and 15 burpee pullups- 1 hour 23 minutes.
ReplyDeleteJudy did 6 rounds in 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Darby 7 rounds in 1 hour 43 minutes
Jon and Caitlyn were the only ones to finish RX! (not sure of their time)
That was fun today, glad we all attempted this, definitely the longest CF WOD I've ever done! It took us just over 2 hours. Great Job Mo, Judy and DP, when was the last time you ran that far? Back to the lab to find another crazy w/o for next Sunday ;-)
