Sunday 6/29/14... 3 Rounds for time: 100 lunges, 50 air squats, 25 overhead plate sit ups
Warm up: 2 rounds
Run/row 200 meters + 20 sit ups
Conditioning WOD: 3 Rounds for time
100 lunges
50 squats
25 overhead plate sit ups (use a bumper plate or medball)

Yikes 300 lunges! Took us about 36 - 37 minutes
