Monday 6/30/14...SWOD: drop set bench press x2, WOD: 5 RFT - 100 meter farmer walk,10 ball slams, 200 meter run, 20 push ups


SWOD: 2 rounds
Drop set bench press (start at 85% of your 1RM)


WOD: 5 Rounds for time

100 meter farmers walk
10 ball slams
200 meter run
20 push ups


Fish for dessert:

Take your fish oil right after you eat. There is a group of hormones in the brain called endocannabinoids that can give you the munchies(some of you may have unwittingly encountered these before). The EPA(Eicosapentaenoic acid) in the fish oil inhibits their formation for about four to five hours. So if you find yourself getting hungry soon after a big meal, taking the fish oil will dampen down the impact of the endocannabinoids, possibly saving you a few empty calories later.
