Friday 8/15/14....squat, deadlift

Competitors WOD:

1. squat
    7x5 back squats

2. deadlift: 3RM

3. EMOMx14
    odd= 7 deadlift @70% of you 3RM
    even=200 meter run


Leg day Crossfit

Conditioning WOD:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Back squats
*Do 20 sit ups with plate held over head in between rounds
