Conditioning WOD:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
pull ups
weighted sit ups or GHD sit ups
* lunge 30 steps after each round or run 200 meters

  1. Jan and I ran after the odd rounds and lunged after the evens. We should do more GHD sit ups.
