8 Reasons you should start eating eggs:

Eggs are among the foods that have been considered as “Superfoods”. Eating more eggs is a super way to boost your health condition as they are packed with rich nutrients. Here are reasons why you should eat eggs regularly:
They’re loaded with vitamins
A single boiled egg contains:
-Vitamin A (6% of the RDA) which is great for improving your vision and also important for the cell growth.
-Vitamin B12 (9% of the RDA) which is essential for producing red blood cells
- Vitamin E, which can help fight off the free radicals that may cause cellular damage, to prevent cancer
-Vitamin B2 (about 15% of the RDA), which helps your body getting energy from breaking down food
They’re rich in essential minerals
Eggs are packed with iron, zinc and selenium. Selenium works effectively to prevent cell damage as well as the buildup of toxic heavy metals in your body. A single large egg contains 0.9 milligram of iron (5% of the RDA) which aids in energy production of your body. Zinc keeps your immune system and digestive system working properly, and is helpful in reducing stress levels too.
They’re high in quality protein
Enough protein intake is very essential for your health and eggs are a great source of high quality protein, a single large egg contains 6 grams of protein and all nine essential amino acids.
They promote weight loss
Eggs are incredibly fulfilling and tend to make you consume fewer calories, assisting you to lose some pounds. Studies have shown that people who eat eggs for breakfast are more likely to lose more weight.
They protect your vision
There are several nutrients that are essential to maintain the healthy eyesight for us as we age, eggs contain two of these, lutein and zeaxanthin, powerful antioxidants that have major benefits for eyesight.
They help with brain function
Choline, together with the several vitamins and minerals in eggs, improves brain development and function. While studies have shown that almost 90% of people in the U.S. aren’t getting enough of choline,  good news is that eggs are a good source of this nutrient, a single egg contains more than 100mg of choline.
They help in reducing the risk of breast cancer
Studies have found that choline reduces breast cancer risk by 24%,  and as we have mentioned above, egg contains high amounts of choline. Choline is found in eggs and other food sources, including liver, cauliflower, wheat germ, seafood, soy, nuts and chocolate.
