#1. Strength: Back squats 6x1
     * pause 30 seconds at bottom

#2. Conditioning:
     5 Rounds for time:
     7 Deadlifts
     30 air squats
     200 meter run

#3. Core: 1 minute each
     sit ups
     toes to bar
