saturday 11/7/15.... #1. Tabata KB swings + upright rows; #2. Strict Press 1 RM; #3. Push press + pull ups


#1. Tabata - KB swings + upright rows (alternating)

#2. Strength -  Strict Press 1 RM

#3. Conditioning:
     10 push press
     5 pull ups
     9 push press
     5 pull ups
     8 push press
     5 pull ups


* Continue this pattern until you reach:
     1 push press
     5 pull ups



 Wicked Strong!

  1. Skipped #1 + #2.... Did sled pushes w/90# - 5 rounds

    conditioning wod took us 12:30 minutes - lost some time climbing up to the pull up bar
