#1. strength: shoulders - 4 sets
AMRAP-1 minute
     1 arm push press
     * rest 1 minute btw sets

#2. AMRAP - 12
     7 clean & jerks
     30 squats
     15 abmat sit ups

#3. Stamina: 4 rounds
     50 dubs
     rest :30 seconds btw rounds
