Thursday 10/6/16.... #1. back squat, #2. Run, KB swings, burpee box jumps


#1. Back squat

#2. 4 rounds for time:
     Run 400
     25 KB swings
     20 burpee box jumps

#3. 4 rounds
     25 decline sit ups
     1 minute keg hold (bear hug style)
