#1. Strength:4 rounds- sled push (one length of turf) adding weight each round

#2. Partner WOD: 8 rounds
     10 thrusters
     15 pull up
     20 KB swings
     250 Row
     30 sit ups
( 4 rounds each person)


#3. Conditioning: for time
     30 ground to overhead (plate)
     30 pull ups
     400 meter run
     20 ground to overhead
     20 pull ups
     400 meter run
     10 ground to overhead
     10 pull ups
