  1. I have no idea how long this work out took us........the place was packed and I had to wait for the treadmill twice. Again it felt like a sauna ( you could have done hot yoga in the weight room)

  2. Glad I missed 10x! I ended up running the Marshfield 5k at Brant Rock. 2,700 people, spent most of the run weaving in and out of them. Nice flat track with ocean views though.
