- Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
- Pullups - 25 reps
Option # 1 today. Not sure if it would have been a good w/o or not, got cut off by 10x management requesting a meeting about what we were doing (our small group)...? Was then questioned about being 'Certified' and 'who's in charge lol'.
ReplyDeleteWe've been back @ 10x (Formerly Family Fitness) for 4 days and someone(s) has a problem with us already (apparently there have been complaints). Some things never change... didn't realize there's a rule book at globo gyms about (1) what kind of workouts you can do and (2) how many people you're allowed to work out with lol! They should like us, we don't put any wear and tear on the machines since we don't use them...
I got a good workout, regardless of the interruption. Hopefully we can stay there, I'm starting to feel like a gypsy!
