  3. Got up to 300# with the dead lift and I'm not sure for the rest. I think that Jon did the most weight on the cleans and thrusters.

  4. Definitely a strength day, and a hard one! We used to try to avoid the hard ones on Monday, sorry about that. Good w/o though, everyone was working hard and glad we did it.
