  1. This took me about 40 minutes with 85# HPC's. Great week of WOD's, I've been doing Crossfit for years and don't remember being this sore!

  2. Scaled this back to 4 rounds, it was tougher than it looked (like usual). Took about 30 min. Let's try to do at least 2 days of strength next week, only got one in this week. I think heavy cleans are in order.
