27 Box Jumps 24" Box
20 Burpees
11 Squat Cleans (145 lbs. = RX)

... maybe we can do both... ;)

  2. Chose Door #1 today. Had to up the lbs. to 115 due to availability of equip. and did Cleans instead of FS. 24:30. Real good w/o.
