    I thought 4 reps Barbell Bear was going to be easy, but after my interval run 2 days ago, 800m sprints yesterday, and all the box jumps... it wasn't.

  3. Somewhere in the 25 min. range. Barbell Bear complex/progression is one of my favorites, hits just about everything. Even with 4 reps and lighter weight it's still a great w/o.
