  1. TOUGH ONE! Jim suggested we do 10 sit ups + the 10 wallballs after each set because of his lack of self control at the Cheesecake Factory last night.

  2. I only used 65 # on the SDHP and combined my last 3 rounds so I could get to work late... as usual. :)

  3. Maybe we should try to start at 9:00 on strength days. The bench took us about 20 minutes today.
