95lb/65lb Push jerk (max reps)
Note….. This is a shoulder progression wod. Do not
put the bar down until you have completed max reps
for the 3 exercises.

We did this on 8/13 with better scores and same weight.....I got 96 reps and the party boy got 86. Yikes!
This weekend really did kill me then, ill be back to normal tomorrow!
