    In 1 hour complete AMRAP of:

    1 Mile Run
    25 Burpee Pull-Ups

    4 complete rounds + mile run & 15 Burpee P.U. Good w/o.

  4. It really wasn't as awful as it sounds, just long. Black Hawk, Eva, etc. are definitely harder IMO.
