7 Power Cleans 95/65
10 Push ups

10 sit ups

7 SDLHP 95/65
10 squat jumps

  2. This WOD had plenty of intensity. Do this one close to the back door, Jim ( in case you lose your fruit loops again )

    Amrap #1= 6 rounds(102) reps
    Suze=5 rounds+5 power cleans(90 rps)

    Amrap #2= 6 rounds(102) reps
    Suze =6 rounds ( 102) reps

    Amrap #3=7 rounds(119) reps
    Suze=6 rounds (102)
