OPTION #1: "CRAZY 8'S"


8 Rounds for time-

8 pull ups
8 box jumps
8 burpees
8 dips
8 push ups
8 lunges
8 dubs/ 32 singles
8 wall balls

OPTION #2:

30-25-20-15-10

thrusters
burpee box jumps
sit ups
*25 dubs after each round

**this took 42 minutes to finish last time
