Conditioning:

3 RFT or 4 rounds (for the over achievers)

10 Dumbell deadlift
10 Dumbell walking lunge steps
10 Dumbell squat cleans
10 Dumbell walking lunge steps
10 Dumbell thrusters
10 Dumbell walking lunges
400 meter run

*post time and weight used
