Monday 3/2/15.. DUBS + Hang power cleans



Conditioning WOD: 
7 rounds for time

25 DUBS
15 Power cleans (95/65)
15 jumping squats (45)


Raw Paleo Pumpkin Balls

Yield: 20-25 Balls

Ingredients

  • Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw pepitas
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree (Make your own)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Remove pits from dates and process in the food processor until a ball forms.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and process 7-10 seconds or until combined.
  3. Use both hands to roll a teaspoon of the mixture at a time into balls.(The total amount of balls made will depend on the size of your palms if you don't measure about a teaspoon.)
  4. Transfer balls to a serving dish, sprinkle with sea salt and serve. Store any leftovers in a sealed glass container in the fridge.
