Every minute complete as many unbroken reps
of the following exercises:


1. Chest to Bar Pull-ups
2. Double Unders
3. Kipping Handstand Push-ups (sub strict shoulder press)
4. Wallballs 30,20
5. Rest
Repeat for 3 Rounds
