With the same bar (95/65) perform the following
50 Front Squats
50 Hang Power Cleans
50 Push Press
* the bar may not touch the ground
* the bar may rest in the front rack position, the hang position or in the hip crease
* penalty for putting the bar down= 400 meter run
post load and # of penalties to comments
45# with 4 penalties took me 29:59

Great w/o post today MD. Really miss the barbell/oly lifts this summer when w/o at home. 5 penalties, FS, no drops... 10, 20, 20 HPC, 20, 20, 10 PP.
