SATURDAY 6/13/15...#1. BENCH PRESS, #2. EMOM-8 : DEADLIFT AND DUBS, #3. 3 ROUNDS: GOBLET SQUAT, WALLBALLS, J.LADDER, PUSH UPS, KB SWINGS


#1. SWOD: Bench press
     6x5 (do max rep dips in btw rounds)

#2. EMOM - 8
     odd= 7 deadlift
     even= 25 DUBS

#3. Conditioning: 3 Rounds ( fight gone bad style)
* 1 minute at each station

    Goblet squat
    Jacob Ladder or single jumps
    Wall ball
    KB swings
    push ups
** Rest 1 minute btw rounds
