    Substituted 15 lb. DB Thrusters for the wall ball and did 20 PU, 10 HSPU instead. Good w/o to start the week.

  2. 32:15.........CHANGED THE KTE TO BOX JUMPS AND ALSO DID 20 PULL UPS AND 10 HSPU. I DID SHOULDER PRESS W/THE BAR INSTEAD OF HSPU
