32:15.........CHANGED THE KTE TO BOX JUMPS AND ALSO DID 20 PULL UPS AND 10 HSPU. I DID SHOULDER PRESS W/THE BAR INSTEAD OF HSPU
AND YOU'RE STILL SHOUTING MAUREEN ;) I only have a 35 lb. KB at home and I got those unbroken, definitely saved me some time.
