    Drivway WOD today

    Warm-up - 1 mile run
    W/O - 4RFT
    10 HSPU
    10 Walking Lunges (w 35 lb. DB's)
    30 Sit-Ups
    50 DU

    14 min. and change, got the 50 DU unbroken each round, that's a first for later rounds!

    I'm hoping to be in tomorrow, I would like to do some Olympic lifts in the WOD, should I try to dig one up??

  3. I really wanted to do this WOD but my POS truck broke down for the 3rd time in the last week and I had to deal with that. I'll be back tomorrow.
