40 GHD OR WEIGHTED SIT UPS
30 WALL BALLS
20 PULL UPS
10 HAND STAND PUSH UPS/ STRICT MILITARY PRESS

  1. 38 mins and change with GHD's and HSPU's. This was harder than it looked, especially after the 400m run at 15% incline.

  2. The 400m incline run brought back memories of Dave torturing us w/the mile incline run.

    Today's WOD- 34:45 w/weighted situps and strict press 45#

    Note to self...... if I post this wod ever again, I need to be working that day!
