  2. Today we did 5 rounds: 15 pull ups, 15 squats, 15 jump ropes, 15 box jumps, 15 push ups.

    It still amazes me how difficult jump roping is for most people...

  3. No kidding Dan, when I first started CF around 2006-2007 I had never jumped rope before and Dave never could get enough laughs because I sucked. It pissed me off so much that I forced myself to practice daily. 5-6 years later I can easily bang out 40-50 consecutive DU or do singles at will.
