2 Thrusters

3 SDLHP

4 TTB

5 Hang power cleans

6 Wallballs

7 KB swings

8 Push ups

9 GTOH w/ plate

10 Lunges (each side) / 20 air squats

11 Push Press

12 Bent over rows

* Done like the song..... first round - 1 burpee box jump; second round - 2 thrusters + 1 burpee deadlift;
3rd round - 3 sumo deadlifts + 2 thrusters + 1 burpee deadlift
