Recipe #1
Ingredients:
1 cup hemp or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
1 fresh banana
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric (can be increased to 1 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Direction:
-Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
-It is recommended that this be drunk before breakfast to get the day started right.

Ingredients:
3 cups Spinach, lightly packed
2 cups Mango, frozen
16 oz. Coconut Water
½ Lemon, juiced
½ Lime, juiced
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Directions:
-Measure and blend till smooth, adjust the consistency with more coconut water and/or sweetness by adding pitted dates.
-Serve immediately in a quart mason jar with a wedge of lemon and dash of turmeric (optional), enjoy!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups mango
– 2 cups ripe pineapple
– 4 inches fresh turmeric root
– 1 lime, peeled
– 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 cup young coconut water
Directions:
-Place all of the above ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
-Drink immediately for the best benefits (and to preserve oxidation state)!

Ingredients:
1 carrot
1 ripe mango
1 orange
1 pear
1 banana
¾ cup soy milk
2 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 tsp grated fresh turmeric
Directions:
-Peel orange an cut out all fibers. Peel mango, pear, carrot and banana. Grate carrot.
-Blend all ingredients.

1 cup full-fat coconut milk
2 bananas
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 to 8 ice cubes (or more if needed)
Directions:
-Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
-Enjoy! Store the leftovers in the refrigerator for a few days or freeze into a pop.
