#1. EMOM-8
     odd = 10 pvc pass throughs
     5 Overhead squats

#2. For time:
     10 strict press 115/75
     15 Overhead squats
     20 front squats
     25 push press
     30 HPC
     35 back squats

Instructions
  1. Slice apples and onions into equally thick slices
  2. Sauté on medium in coconut oil for 3-5 minutes or until slightly soft.
  3. While they are cooking, slice cabbage into thin ribbons.
  4. Add cabbage to apples and onions and sauté for another 3-5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook - it is best while still a little crisp.
  5. Just before serving, stir in balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
