   Even - 20 air squats (hold on to bumper plate

     Deadlift + Run + Wallballs

5 run 25
10 run 20
15 run 15
20 run 10
25 run 5

**the first round would be - 5 deadlifts + run + 25 wallballs
    the second round would be 10 deadlifts + run + 20 wallballs
