#1. Back squats:
     1x10 (60% of your 1RM
     1x8 (70% of your 1RM)
     1x6 (75%)
     1x4 (80%)

#2. Front squats:
     1x5 @ 60%
     1x5 @ 70%
     1x5 @ 70%
     1x5 @ 70%

#3. CORE:
     50 Abmat sit ups
     50 dubs/100 singles
     50 Abmat sit ups
     50 plate lunges
     50 Abmat sit ups
     50 burps
     50 Abmat sit ups  :)
